Our Inn is located just south of Boston in the historic town of Scituate which was founded in 1636. We invite you to visit our beautiful location by the sea and enjoy miles of shoreline. We are the perfect destination for your vacation, business meeting, function, or getaway anytime of year.

We specialize in accommodating groups of up to 50 for sit down dinners and 65 for cocktail party. Our outdoor patio is also available, weather permitting.

An Enchanting Italian Country Villa Estate

An Austrian aristocrat constructed this lovely Italian style country house in 1910. Originally, the property consisted of over one hundred acres of woods, meadows and marshes and extended to the banks of the North River salt marsh. The eat in kitchen offers granite counter tops, terra cotta tile floors and plenty of space for hosting your family and friends while cooking! The south facing arched doorway from the reception foyer provides access to the sun patio and the columned arbor – perfect for entertaining on a grand scale! A half bath and laundry complete the main floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two full bath rooms. Two of the three bedrooms have private sitting rooms while one enjoys a private bath. There are many fine shops and restaurants found just down the road in Scituate Harbor and the towns many beautiful sand beaches are just a few minutes ride by car. A vacation that is sure to generate wonderful memories to last a lifetime!
